About Us

X-Haulted is manufacturing personal protective equipment such as i.e Free-scratch leather belts motor industry upholsterers, Leather corporate gifts, Promotional and executive gifts, Personal Protective clothing, Luggage repairs and replacements, Watch and ring protectors, center console protectors, apparel, bags and bulk supplier of bulk leathers cleaner products. Furthermore we want to get involved in small components manufacturing.

We want to enhance the participation of women, youth and the disabled in the main stream economy by exploiting business opportunities which are at hand in the market.

We have a range of capabilities and unique business differentiators which enable us to integrate our services and provide a dynamic interaction that delivers tangible, sustainable beneﬁts to our customers with a guaranteed performance.

We started this company in order to pursue our business interests and to create employment for ourselves and ultimately that includes unemployed youth, women and disabled people.

Company Structure

Management

The company’s management is minimal to Mr. Collins Soko as member of the company’s management and also the supervisor who is appointed. The company is 100% black ownership in the company and he make all the executive decisions pertaining to the operation of the company.

Supervisor

A full time Supervisor is employed. The Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees and to handle any human resource related matters.

General Workers

The company employs 5 people which entails, 4 employees on permanent bases, 1 supervisor, 2 simmers and 1 assistant and lastly a part time admin clerk. Furthermore we are looking to create additional 20 direct employment opportunities for additional jobs mostly young people.

Administrator

The company employ a part time admin Clerk. The Administrator will be responsible for communicating with clients and to handle any administrative work.
